Calgary Firefighters
The Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society (CFBTS) is a charity organization run by a volunteer board of professional firefighters. The mission of CFBTS is to support programs that improve the outcomes and quality of life of burn survivors in Southern Alberta.
Through the generosity of donors and community partners, CFBTS provides funds to five main areas that support burn survivors. These areas include the CFBTS Burn Centre at Foothills Hospital, research at U of C vet med, Alberta Children’s Hospital, Alberta Firefighters Burn Camp, and the Calgary Burn Survivor Community.
Supporting the efforts of CFBTS helps make advancements in burn care, ultimately benefiting burn survivors and their families.
