Stirling Von Sutra has always loved expressing herself through movement, so when she heard about and connected with a Prince George based burlesque and variety troupe called The Belles of the Underground, she was wildly excited to be given the chance to shimmy, shake, and sparkle on stage with them. Stirling has been mesmerizing audiences with her sultry, seductive, sassy, burlesque style and elaborate costumes since early 2023. She loves trying out new dance styles, and whether she’s luring you in with a slow burn or twirling her tassels and assels, she’s sure to leave you delighted and wanting more. Stirling has performed solos at Belles’ shows and special events and fundraisers in her hometown of Prince George, at a Foxxie Follies show in Quesnel, at an ArtsWells Festival, and at a Pride event in Prince Rupert. She also performs trio routines as her alter-alter ego Crackle, which makes up one third of a trio of Belles known as Snap, Crackle, and Pop and go-go dances on occasion. Stirling is thrilled for her first performance at a Taboo Shown. Be sure to gather your friends, get your tickets, and prepare for a weekend of tantalizing entertainment!

Madame Foreteaze is a long time performer who emerged to the burlesque scene in March of 2013. She is one of the original members of The Belles of the Underground and founder of its recent rebirth. In March of last year she and her partner Lola Odare brought The Belles of the Underground back to the scene here in Prince George, B.C. Unaware of the impact they would have on their audiences and community, the group quickly became very popular. Their variety of performers from drag, comedians, theater, musicians, impersonators, magicians, visual/fluid artists and a disclaimer their content may be disturbing and offensive to some viewers; rippled throughout the north of the wild wild west. And just like that, she is now the owner of The Underground Show Lounge and Bar. As advocates for diversity, artist expression and political incorrectness, The Belles of the Underground were invited to perform in Prince Rupert for their very 1st Pride Performance and have been involved in supporting other non-profit organizations, local artists and breweries. She is a chameleon when it comes to her styles of performances. Ranging from the glitz and glam of classic burlesque, dark interpretations and comedic absurdity; the Madame of the Underground has been very busy starting up her new business. Because of this, she's had to take a lil break from the stage and is honored to have The Belles of the Underground be a part of the 1st Taboo Show in Prince George.

She was born and raised right here in Prince George. Throughout her life she has been active in sports like gymnastics, high school cheerleading and many forms of dance. Sad to have aged out of competitive dance, she was extremely excited to get back on the stage performing with The Belles of the Underground.
During her 1st year with The Underground family she entertained the audience with her flexible, creative and captivating Acro Dancing.
She is a young beauty who chose to make her burlesque debut just this last May. Ritz Bitz boldly showed her fans, friends and fellow performers a whole new side of herself. With professional skill and an attitude that shocked the crowd, she’s become a fierce force to be reckoned with.

Shauna Burns-Thomson is a dedicated Sex Therapist providing phone and virtual counseling to clients across British Columbia. She works inclusively with adults of all gender identities and sexual orientations, offering individual and partnered sessions.
With a Master of Science in Psychology and ongoing PhD studies in Clinical Sexology and Somatic Sex Therapy, Shauna employs a holistic, trauma-informed approach to help clients navigate stress, trauma, and healthy sexuality at various life stages. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counsellors and Therapists (AASECT), she blends techniques from Narrative Therapy, Somatic-based therapies, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) (among others) to meet the unique needs of each client. Known as the Resident Sexpert on The Tea With KG podcast and regular collaborator with Intimate Wellbeing, Shauna is passionate about sexual wellness and education, contributing to online seminars and community initiatives. She specializes in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and empowering clients to articulate their sexual wants and needs while challenging harmful sexual narratives and dismantling shame.
