Attendee FAQs
Can I bring my child?
No. The event contains loud sounds and bright lights. The environment is not suitable for children and is age restricted to local legal drinking age.

Can I leave the event and come back later?
Yes, upon entering the event you will receive a stamp that will grant you re-entry for the rest of the day if you wish to leave and come back.
How do the couples passes work?
The couples passes grant entry for two individuals. Both individuals must be present when redeeming the tickets. After tickets are redeemed, both individuals may leave/return as they please individually.

What is the dress code?
We do not have a dress code. We encourage you to play into this years theme but you are more than welcome to dress in whatever you feel most comfortable in!
Can I record or take pictures/videos at the event?
Yes. The show is in a public space. We do however request if you are taking pictures with other attendees in it, please ask for their permission especially if you plan to post It on social media. We encourage you to take tons of pictures of the roaming entertainment and stage entertainment.
Can I bring my dog/pets?
No. We do not allow pets inside the venue. Should you require a service dog, please inform the Taboo Staff before attending the event.
Can I drink alcohol at the event?
Yes, we have bars stationed all around the venue. You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol into the event and may not leave the venue with alcohol.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final as per our refund policy. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you would like.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
Yes! We can not process this online however we would be happy to upgrade your ticket type at our box office.
What is the accessibility to the event?
We ensure that the show is accessible to wheelchairs and to individuals with disabilities.
