Your booth includes the following:
- Standard booth setup with pipe and drape. 
- Six exhibitor badges. 
Please Note: The show floor is dimly lit. We strongly encourage exhibitors to bring lighting for their booths to create a bright and inviting display. You may order power using the forms in this kit or bring your own battery-powered lighting/power banks.


Exhibitors may order furniture and booth accessories through Global Convention Services.

Health Forms (IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY)
All vendors who sell, sample, or provide food, drinks (including alcohol), or personal services must follow Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Edmonton EXPO Centre rules.
Forms must be completed by OCTOBER 31 — missing forms may delay or remove your participation at the show.
Please read carefully to determine which category applies to you.

Are you selling or sampling food made outside your home kitchen? → YES

🏡 Low-Risk Home Prepared Foods
If you are preparing low-risk food from your unpermitted home kitchen, you do not need to complete the AHS Food Vendor Form.
Please email Kaye (kaye@tabooshows.com) your Company/Display name to confirm your food type and classification.
(This applies only to vendors making low-risk foods such as baked goods, candies, or preserves made in a home kitchen.)

🍸 Distillery Vendors
If you are serving alcohol as part of your booth activation, please review the following guidelines:
- If you are using any ice, garnishes, or mixers: 
 You are required to complete the AHS Special Event Vendor Form
- If you are only pour and serve (no ice, garnishes, or mixers): 
 You do not need to fill out the food vendor form.

📅 Deadlines & Additional Requirements
- Failure to complete the required forms may result in denial of participation or additional conditions from Alberta Health Services and Edmonton EXPO Centre. 
Display vehicles are permitted inside the Centre EXPO Centre as part of a booth or display under the following conditions:
- Vehicles must be clean, dry and an display condition. 
- Gas tanks must not contain more than 1/4 tank of gasoline or fuel. 
- Fuel caps must be taped or locked shut. 
- Drip pans are required when placed in the gallery or ballrooms. 
- Once placed vehicles may not be moved until it is safe to do so at the end of the event. 
- Depending on the display, the Edmonton EXPO Centre may request keys be turned into Security for the duration of the event. 
- Vehicles that are equipped with pressurized propane or nitrous oxide tanks must have the tanks professionally purged prior to display in the venue and must be able to provide paperwork as proof upon request. 
Display vehicles must be set and in position prior to the event opening to the public, and may not be moved until the event has closed and public have left the area.e your text here...

Edmonton EXPO Centre Exhibitor Parking
The Edmonton EXPO Centre is located minutes away from major thoroughfares and features over 3,800 parking stalls. Public entrances are located at 116 Avenue and 73 Street. Exhibitors can enter through the 79 Street entrance. See parking map for exhibitor parking areas.

Where can I park?

Yes, the show floor is dimly lit. Proper lighting is strongly encouraged. 
You may order power through Showtech or bring your own power

When is move-in?
Move-in is on Friday, November 14 from 8 am - 4:30 pm.
