Booth Information

How to Order Online

Furniture Ordering

Your booth includes the following:

Standard booth setup with pipe and drape.
Six exhibitor badges.

If you have any questions or require more exhibitor badges, please reach out to kaye@tabooshows.com

To ensure your booth is fully equipped, you must place orders for power, lighting, or other exhibitor services through Goodkey Show Services. Placing your orders early will secure the best rates:

Early Bird Pricing Deadline: March 28, 2025 (35% surcharge applies to late orders)

Orders placed after March 28, 2025, or during the event will be subject to regular or onsite pricing.

Visit www.goodkey.com

1) Click ORDER ONLINE from the menu near the top of the page.

2) Register your company if you have not done so at the Goodkey site before.

Note: Your default Username will be your email address, and the preselected Password is blue. You can change your password after logging in.

Enter your SHOW CODE: RDTS03212325

To order additional furnishings, material handling, labor, or other services:

1) Click MAIN at the top of the page.

2) Select the subcategory PRODUCTS or SERVICES of your choice.

3) Choose your items and click ADD ITEM TO CART.

4) To continue shopping, click BACK TO ORDER ONLINE.

Once satisfied with your order(s):

1) Click CONFIRM MY CART at the bottom of the page.

2) Check the terms and conditions box, review the pop-up, and click OK.

3) Click PAY ONLINE and complete the required fields.

4) Click COMPLETE PAYMENT

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

Required Forms

Vendors providing personal services (e.g., tattooing, piercing, spa treatments) must submit an application to Alberta Health before the event.

📌 Deadline: The deadline for any edits or revisions must be made 14 days prior to the event
