Wi-Fi Access for Vendors – $50 for the Weekend

Power Ordering

Furniture Ordering

Vendors can purchase Wi-Fi access for the entire weekend for $50

Payment can be made in advance via e-transfer to nancy@tabooshows.com or at the show during check-in.

Once payment is received, you will be provided with the WiFi access code when you check in at the show.

Vendors can order furniture for their booths through Showtime Event & Display, the official show contractor for Taboo Regina.

Order Deadline: To receive discounted advance order prices, place your order before February 28, 2025.

How to Place an Order:

1. Email Order Form:

Complete the furniture order form and email it to ashton@sw-online.com.

2. Online Ordering:

• Email Infodesk@showtimedisplay.com to request login access.

• If you have previously placed an order with Showtime, you may have already received login credentials.

• Click the link in your login email to access the Showtime Event & Display online store.

• Enter your email and password, then select Taboo Regina from the list of shows.

• Browse and add desired items to your cart.

• Proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.

Vendors can order power for their booths through the link below. We recommend placing your order in advance to secure the best rates. If you have any questions regarding power services, please reach out to the event team.

Deadlines:

• Early Bird Pricing is available until 11:55 AM on March 7, 2025.

• Regular Pricing begins at 12:00 PM on March 7, 2025.

Required Forms

Vendors providing personal services (e.g., tattooing, piercing, spa treatments) must submit an application to Sask Health Authority before the event.

📌 Deadline: Applications must be submitted by February 25,2025

Vendors offering invasive personal services (e.g., tattooing, piercing, microblading) must submit a Personal Services Vendor Application.

⚠ Non-Invasive Personal Services Vendors (e.g., hair styling, face painting) do not need to submit an application but must review the Personal Services at Temporary Events Information Sheet.

Move-In

To ensure a smooth setup process, please follow the designated load-in locations based on your booth placement:

• Vendors in Hall A: Load in from the north side of the building into Hall A.

• Vendors in the Foyer: Use the main entrance of the VITC for load-in.

Parking

Parking at the venue is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no prearranged vendor parking spots for this year.

We have arranged a special hotel rate for exhibitors at DoubleTree Inn to make your stay convenient and affordable.
