Your booth includes the following:
Standard booth setup with pipe and drape.
Six exhibitor badges.
Please Note: The show floor is dimly lit. We strongly encourage exhibitors to bring lighting for their booths to create a bright and inviting display. You may order power using the forms in this kit or bring your own battery-powered lighting/power banks.

Why Order Early?
Ordering power in advance saves you money. Pricing increases significantly the closer we get to move-in:
Advance: Discount pricing available until 3 weeks before move-in.
Standard: Higher rates apply once the advance deadline has passed.
On-Site: The most expensive option, available only during move-in.
๐ก For example, in 2025 the basic outlet pricing increased from $230 (advance) to $396 (on-site). This shows why we strongly recommend ordering before the deadline to avoid higher costs.

Cleaning Services
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booths during the show. If you would like to order professional cleaning services (initial cleaning before the show opens or nightly cleaning during the event), please download and complete the Cleaning Services Order Form.

All cleaning orders must be received and paid in full at least 1 week prior to move-in.
Health Forms
This is REQUIRED for any vendor providing personal services (e.g., massage, bodywork, face painting, tattoos & piercings) and for all food vendors (including samples).

How to apply: Scroll down, click Apply, and complete the form as either a Food Vendor or a Personal Service Vendor (choose the category that applies to you).

Important: Each vendor must have their own individual hand wash station with all the required supplies like soap, paper/towel and water container with spout to dispense the water at their station.

Move-In


Move-In Date & Times:
Date: Friday, October 17
Time: 8 am - 4:45 pm
Small Items (No Vehicle): Exhibitors bringing in smaller items may use Entrance 5 for walk-in access. This entrance is ideal if you are carrying items by hand or with a small cart.
Vehicle Access: For larger items or if unloading from a vehicle, please proceed to the back of Hall 5. This area is designated for vehicle unloading only. Once finished, vehicles must be moved promptly to allow others to unload.
Thursday Move-In Access: Thursday move-in will be available from 12:00 PM โ 6:00 PM and is reserved for larger vendors only. If you require Thursday move-in access, please contact Kaye at kaye@tabooshows.com for approval prior to the show.

Parking
Parking at the venue is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no prearranged vendor parking spots for this year.

Where can I park?
Parking is free for all exhibitors.
