Your booth includes the following:
Standard booth setup with pipe and drape.
Six exhibitor badges.
Please Note: The show floor is dimly lit. We strongly encourage exhibitors to bring lighting for their booths to create a bright and inviting display. You may order power using the forms in this kit or bring your own battery-powered lighting/power banks.


Exhibitors may order furniture and booth accessories through Global Convention Services.

Health Forms
To comply with Alberta Health Services (AHS) regulations, all vendors providing food or personal services must review the following information and complete the required forms by October 26.
Please read carefully to determine which category applies to you.
🍴 Food Vendors
If you are selling or sampling food, you must complete the Vancouver Coastal Health Temporary Food Services Vendor.
**Please Note: Home-prepared lower-risk foods are not allowed to be sold

If you are offering tattooing, piercing, body painting, make-up application, or similar services at the show, you are required to complete the Vancouver Coastal Health Personal Services Form.

All exhibitors that require vehicle access to move-in, must book their move-in time through the Vancouver Convention Centre Centre Voyage Control Portal.

Move-Out
Move-out cannot be booked until vendors are fully packed up on Sunday. Once your booth is
packed and ready, book your move-out time through Voyage Control.
Important: Vendors must remain packed before their booked move-out time on Sunday to prevent
delays for other exhibitors. Be sure to complete your packing to avoid unnecessary hold-ups.

* BEWARE OF SCAMS *
We have encountered various scams over the years at the show. Most recently we had individuals trying to alter the price of a transaction. They will take the machine and change the price when you aren't paying attention. To combat this, please take caution and act on the following:
* Watch for sales of high ticket items, or a basket of items over the "tap" limit.
* Be wary of people who are buying high ticket items, or multiple items, and don't care to haggle, or care about the cost.
* Keep your cashbox or till in a secure place.
* Observe the transaction until completed.
* Provide a PIN/Passcodes to machine actions or alterations.
* Be observant! Watch the people in your booth and what they are doing

Scams aren't common but they do happen. We urge you to take precaution and protect yourself from them.
